D&H Manufacturing has been a long time supporter and participant of the NTMA (National Tooling and Machining Association), an association dedicated to supporting the metal working industry. D&H has participated at both the local and national levels since 1979. Richard Wills, President of D&H, has held many positions including President of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter from 1985 to 1986. He also served the association at a national level by holding a number of offices throughout the past 10 years including Chairman of the national association for the Year of Technology in 1997. D&H remains an active and participating member of the NTMA.

The NTMA supports training for the metal working industry and has many training centers located throughout the US, one of which is located in the San Francisco Bay area. D&H was instrumental in founding and supporting this training center and has used it for many years to help our employees receive training from basic machining fundamentals to formal apprenticeships. D&H believes continuous education and apprenticeships help lay a solid foundation for our employees. This philosophy and dedication to training has allowed D&H to have one of the highest skilled workforces in our industry.
